Built for K-12
The operating system for school operations.
Four systems that run the parts of a school day nobody outside the building thinks about — who is on the network, who is in the lobby, who is walking the grounds, and what is coming off the copier.
The system
Four products. One set of facts underneath.
They are sold separately and run separately. What they share is the thing that usually costs a school the most to maintain — one answer to who works here, which building they are in, and what they are allowed to do.
- Your directory
- Your buildings
- Your groups and grades
- One support desk
The products
Each one solves a Monday morning.
Own site, own pricing, own login. Start with whichever part of the week costs you the most, and add the others only if they earn it.
Filtering that reads the page instead of checking a list, so a site nobody has categorised yet still gets classified. Full HTTPS inspection, and policies that target one student, a Workspace OU, a device group or an entire grade.
- CIPA & COPPA
- Every OS, one licence
- E-Rate eligible
Everyone who walks through the front door, signed in and accounted for. Built for a school lobby at five past eight — a parent, a contractor and a substitute arriving at once, with no queue forming behind them.
- Front desk ready
- Badge printing
- Full visit record
Know who is on site, where, and since when. Rotating QR codes at each post prove a patrol actually happened rather than taking a signature's word for it, and licence expiry surfaces before it becomes a compliance problem.
- QR patrol proof
- Shift & hours
- Incident log
Teachers submit from a portal or by email. Paper, colour, duplex, stapling and lamination resolve themselves against what the chosen machine can actually do, so copy room staff press Print instead of decoding a request.
- Your existing printers
- One outbound agent
- Email or portal
Why one vendor
Not because the software needs it. Because you do.
These four products would work fine bought from four companies. The argument for one is about the people doing the buying, whose week is already full.
One procurement, not four
One vendor to approve, one security review to sit through, one W-9 and one invoice to code. The second product is a purchase order, not another six-week evaluation.
One directory, already yours
Every product reads the accounts, groups and buildings you already maintain. Nobody rebuilds a staff list four times, and nobody keeps four copies of it current afterwards.
One number to call
When the filter and the print server disagree at twenty to eight on a Monday, you are not refereeing two support desks blaming each other while the bell goes.
How we work
Four things we will not make you do.
Written down so you can hold us to them.
- Replace your hardware
- Nothing here needs a forklift. The printers, doors, cameras and accounts you already have are what these products are built around — replacing them is a vendor's convenience, not yours.
- Open a port
- Where something has to run inside the building it is one small outbound agent. Nothing we ship asks you to accept an inbound connection from the internet.
- Judge it on our data
- A pilot runs in one building, one lobby or one copy room, with your data, for long enough to form a real opinion. A demo on our data only proves our data works.
- Buy the bundle
- Each product is priced and dropped on its own. Running three of ours is a choice you keep making every renewal, not a suite you are locked into.
Start with the one that hurts most.
Tell us which part of the week costs you the most time. If one of these fixes it, we will show you on your own data — and if none of them does, we will say so.
